Find a shirt that you currently own which fits you comfortably. Lay it face down on a flat surface. Measure from the top of the shirt to the bottom straight down the center for the length measurement. To get the width, measure left to right starting 1" under the left sleeve to 1" under the right sleeve. Compare those numbers to the size chart above.
